The Nebraska Housing Developers Association welcomes the support of businesses, organizations, and communities that want to be a part of building Nebraska's housing future.  By becoming a member of the Association, you can participate in opportunities to serve the economic and community development needs of communities throughout Nebraska. Voting members of the Association can be:

• Non-Profit Housing Development Organization: A 501 (c)(3) or 501 (c)(4) non-profit corporation operating in the State of Nebraska and having, as part of its mission, the development of housing that is affordable to persons and/or households with low-to-moderate income.
• Housing Partner: An organization, business, community or individual that supports the development of affordable housing e.g., chambers of commerce, cities and local governments, real estate agencies, economic development organizations, financial institutions, for-profit entities involved in the housing industry, government agencies, government sponsored enterprises, housing authorities and mortgage lenders.
