Homeownership Opportunity Program (HOP) is another effort administered with the Assistive Technology Partnership, and helps people with a disability to become homeowners. This program may include rehabilitation work to make accessibility modifications and address housing quality standards. To apply, submit a Service and Device Application to the Assistive Technology Partnership. Readiness Education Awareness Collaborative for Homebuyers and Homeowners (REACH) is statewide homebuyer education delivery system that functions as a collaborative of nonprofit organizations, lending institutions, government agencies, real estate professionals and educational organizations. The Association serves as the Lead Agency and coordinates the effort, offering Train the Trainer workshops to improve the delivery of quality homebuyer education, expanding the number of REACH Affiliate Organizations, and gathering data to show the impact of homebuyer education.
